Pricing

Fixed, predictable pricing

One all-in price per service in EUR, with the official office fee shown separately from our service fee — so you see exactly what you pay for. A registration price covers everything from filing to your registration certificate, including an identity search (a check for identical earlier marks), as long as no objections or oppositions arise. A fuller clearance search — covering similar marks too — is a separate service.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to register a trademark?

Each service has one fixed, all-in price in EUR, with the official office fee shown separately from our service fee. Use the instant quote to see the total for your country, service and number of Nice classes.

How long does trademark registration take?

It depends on the office. A clean EU trademark is typically examined in about 4–6 months, with a three-month opposition window after publication. We confirm the timeline for your jurisdiction before filing.

Do you cover the whole EU or individual countries?

Both. A single EU trademark (EUTM) covers all 27 EU countries in one filing, or we can register nationally in any office we support. We help you pick the most cost-effective route for your markets.

Is a trademark search included?

A registration includes an identity search (a check for identical earlier marks). A fuller clearance search, which also covers similar marks, is a separate service we recommend before filing.

Do you file the application for me?

Yes. We handle classification, filing with the office and follow-up, and send you the registration certificate. Submitting a form or paying does not itself file the application — we review first and confirm next steps.
