Trademark Registration Process

A trademark registration process normally starts with applicant details, mark details and a list of goods or services. The application is then submitted to the relevant office and examined under that office system.

Possible issues include classification questions, absolute grounds objections or conflicts raised by owners of earlier marks. Submission of an Intellektus order form does not itself file a trademark application.
