  3. 3 We verify the register and the deadline
  4. 4 Pay securely and we handle the renewal
Why it matters

Better decisions before deadlines matter

Renew in good time before your deadline at the normal fee, or within the grace period afterwards with a late surcharge — the order form shows which window your deadline falls in.

Check owner details, registration numbers, classes and renewal timing before the renewal proceeds.

Use secure uploads for certificates and renewal notices so the renewal can be reviewed efficiently.

Best for owners who need reliable renewal handling without missing a critical deadline.

Questions

Before you order

When can I renew a trademark?

Renewal usually opens up to 6 months before the deadline at the normal fee, and a grace period of up to 6 months after the deadline allows a late renewal with a late surcharge. Exact windows can vary by jurisdiction — the renewal order form shows which window your deadline falls in.

Is there a cut-off for placing a renewal order?

Orders placed fewer than 7 days before the deadline cannot be guaranteed, because finalising a renewal in time on very short notice is not always possible. Please order as early as you can within the renewal window.

What if my deadline has already passed?

If you are within the grace period, a late renewal with a surcharge is usually still possible. If the grace period has passed, the order form lets you send an enquiry about restoration or re-filing — with no charge for the enquiry.

What documents are useful?

A registration certificate, official renewal notice and any owner details help Intellektus verify the register, the deadline and the applicable official fees before the renewal proceeds.
